3B1 is the first release of my work, thus the title (3B for Three Beard and 1 for first release). The music on this album reaches back to my earliest days of recording and composing, using a first generation iPad and GarageBand instrumentation. Those songs were mixed using Audacity. I have since converted to Studio One, and of course my iPad and related software have kept up with the times. The first song on this album, 11PM Dance, was my first wholly digital creation, made using the samples that were included with the Studio One package. Later songs make use of IOS and Windows software, as well as a collection of hardware synthesizers, keyboards, controllers, and percussion instruments.
